jenn0226   Lloacted in upscale condo community Marsh Harbor; on Lady's Island in Beauort, SC. Has a pool and tennis courts, is adjacent to golf course, and provides all exterior property maintenance. Each unit is allocated two parking spaces in front of condo. Condo is around 1200 sqft. Fullly furnished except for the 2nd bedroom with a back screened in porch. Two story condo; bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs while kitchen, den and dining are downstairs. Entrance is on base level. Storage area is connected.
