Gig   It is a very nice duplex. There is one floor pulse a basement. We already have a washer and dryer here. There is off street parking for the residents only. Bathroom, washer/dryer, living room, and spare bedroom located in basement as well. First floor contains kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, dining and living rooms. Second floor contains 1 bedroom. Located in safe, family neighborhood.
jenners777   This apartment building only has 8 apartments in it, and everything's pretty quiet around here... we're in a very rural area, with lots of big, old houses surrounding us. We're fairly close to downtown Lincoln, but it doesn't take long to get anywhere else in town, either!

I live by myself, so it would be nice to have someone else around the house. All three bedrooms are upstair, with a separate bathroom for whomever moves in. adimick   Duplex near 36th and Q streets in Lincoln, NE. The details of my place are as follows: 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room, kitchen/dining area, washer/dryer, fenced-in backyard, and garage. The rent is $265 a month each and includes water and garbage. Typically the utility charges run about $90 each a month and include electricity, gas, basic cable and cable internet. If you are interested in taking a look, please let me know!
