Open, elegant 3 Bedroom, 3.5 bath floorplan, plus deck. All bathrooms have ceramic tile. Entire first floor has recently upgraded flooring. 25 year WilsonArt laminate wood floor in living and dining rooms. New ceramic tile in open eat-in kitchen. Within walking distance of community playgrounds, pool, tennis courts.
