I also have a private patio with a 5 person hottub that your welcome to use year round. I also have a weight bench, home gym, and an elliptical trainer your welcome to use. My place is about 10-15 minutes from Madison (in Marshall)... Quick commute to Madison. I don't have a preferance for a male or female roommate, as long as you pay rent on time, it's all the same to me.
