I am the owner of this 1800 sq. ft. house looking for roommates who are easy going and fun but not huge partiers! I live in a mostly quiet subdivision that is safe and has sidewalks. The house is furnished and the bedrooms could be if needed. The bedrooms are upstairs away from the rest of the house so it is quiet if you want to sleep or study. I live about 5 minutes from Isle of Palms and about 20 from downtown.
