in 2005. Granite counters, 2 ovens, microwave,
stove, dishwasher, tile and carpet floors, 2 living
rooms, dining room, 4 bedrooms, fenced yard.
Pretty clean. Two guys living there are 21 and 22
and are nice, friendly, quiet and studious.

This is a 4 bedroom house with the master bedroom on one side, and 3 rental rooms on the other side of the house. Currently a 24 year old female lives in one of the rental rooms, the other is available, and the other is set up as a play room for when my children visit.
I prefer females because I trust them with my children so much more than I would a male.
