Living area totally furnished, not room for added furniture. Bedroom totally unfurnished. New driveway, nice yard, great neighbors, quiet block, CLOSE TO CAMPUS. With the rent and utilities and water/trash, it would be about 300-350/month. Very good deal. This is a real steal.
