rumsfell   5 year old house, with all modern conveniences, carpeted, comfy, located 5 min from I-295, close to Orange Park Mall, I have two bedrooms for the new roommate to enjoy, one is approx 12' x 11', the other 12' x 13', plus private bathroom. Gas station, Dairy Queen, beauty salon, copy machine, florist, quick access to FCCJ North campus, 295, dining all near by. Quiet neighborhood. Back porch AND deck, front porch, ramp. Large living room, kitchen amenities, blackberry bushes. Porches just repainted. 2 car carport, large storage shed. Just a block away from elementary school and a park that is going under serious renovation (finished soon).
