I do smoke, but I prefer to smoke outside. I hate when everything in someone's house smells like an ashtray.

DOG AND CAT so allergy prone folks need not
apply! I do vacuum 2-3 times per week because of
the pets and I don't mind if you have a pet either.
We have a very friendly staff at the apartment and
great amenities. The view is great! The place is
very convenient to just about everywhere. It only
takes 15-20 minutes to get to Buckhead, 10
minutes to Barrett Pkwy, and 20 minutes to
downtown ATL.

But, males are better. Sorry, I like cars better than nail polish. If you smoke (cigarettes or weed), smoking OUTSIDE is very attractive

4 bedroom 3 bath house in Cobb County off Wade Green Road. Large Driveway with three car garage. Profesionally landscaped yard with a 1000 gallon pond and park like setting in the back. Hardwoods and tile throughout with carpet in the bedrooms. Internet lines are run in almost all rooms in the house with a wireless router also. I already have two male roommates and would prefer to have a female move in if possible. Rent will be $600 a month with all utilities included.
