Necha1987   The Rent is paid to owner of the home by the first of the month. and Utilities are paid to Karen it would be split into 1/3rds. which usually rounds out to about $105 for each of us. that pays for Direct Tv. Electricity, Gas, W/S/T, Internet. if any other questions just contact me.
