Kaitashli   The 400 dollars is really just the max amount that you would have to pay rent is 450 a month (split between the two of us 225) then the light bill is normally not over 90, the water is not over 30 (also split between us) and the cable is about 40 dollars its self. i would rather have a girl room mate but i will accept a clean living guy also. between the ages of 18 and 21
