the house is in the historic district of danville, virginia. it's a duplex. nice neighborhood, rent is $250 and utilities come to about $100. it is a 2 min walk from averett university. there is a free gym, laundry, and tennis courts there. the entire house has wooden floors. pets are welcome as long as they aren't too loud and don't chew things. every part of the house 'cept the extra bedroom is furnished. if you are interested contact me at [email protected]
