Located at 205 Highland Av, Fitchburg Massachusetts, 2 blocks from Fitchburg State College. Rent is 700$/month including hot water, which split between two is 350$/month. I'm a 19 year male old transfer film/video student at FSC, and the neighbors are mostly FSC students.
