We have a 4 bedroom apartment, and it is $270 a month per bedroom, including all utilities except electricity, cable, and internet which we split so they aren't that expensive. We have all of the big furniture for the main living areas, so you would just have to furnish your room! My roommates and I are pretty low key and there is currently a small dog and a cat living here too.
