Quiet street (only 5-8 cars go by between 7 to midnight!). 1 uber friendly black lab in house. 1 timid cat around property. Some storage are may be provided. Room is unfurnished at the moment, but can provide bed and dresser and even tv if ness. renter must pay for 2nd satallite tv hookup if desired.
