Not sure how accurate the size descriptions are. This is a place right on UNCG campus, reliable private parking. Not a house converted into apartments. Private bath connected to room. Common kitchen, dining room and living room. Has roughly ten by ten locked storage outside of apartment. Has both washer/dryer and dishwasher. Compared to most places right on campus, this is a nice unit. I'd know, I've lived in several!

My house is located in a park next to a lake. You can see the lake from the kitchen window. Both bathrooms are very large and I am going to paint and put new blinds in the bedroom I am renting out.
