Looking for professional/grad student/artist/musician type -likes to have fun and enjoys the arts but is RESPONSIBLE (and likes dogs-I have a people-friendly golden retriever. ) Outdoor smokers OK. Am flexible re: terms of lease as I'm the owner. $325 month includes basic utilities.
