This is a brand new town home built on the golf course in the Cypress Point Community of Westridge. The first level is all wood floors and the available bedroom is on this level. The room is about 11x11, and you will have use of all the community amenities. You must like pets as there will ibe cats and dogs. I am a happy, upbeat person and am looking forward to rooming with the same!

Very nice townhome in Santa Clarita, CA. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom, with tons of storage. It was just finished being built in February 2004. Marble countertops/washer and dryer in unit etc...
