Two story house in Parkville Mo. (suburb of KCMO) Nice quiet subdivision. You'll have to see for yourself. Three bedroom, three bath. Kitchen, dining room breakfast room, family room with fire place, two car garage and unfinished walk out basement.

It's a cute little house. The bedroom had its own entrance. If you really don't like that room, I am more than happy to move my room over there, and you can have mine. Personally, I think searching online for a roomate is weird, but I need one asap, but I will have to have an interview with you in person, before arrangements can be made.

Eight one six Seven two eight Zero one three four. House is walking distance from Zona Rosa shopping district...great location. I am a loan officer for a mortgage company and quite laid back. I do work long hours so I won't be around during the day. Cost of rent includes utilities. Home is 3 bedroom & 2 bath but 2nd bath is in the basement. Nice yard and, did I mention, great location. I will have my daughter, 4 year old, on the weekends. Responsible female, professional roommate preferred.
