We have a large 3 bedroom house and we are wanting to rent out one of the bedrooms. We do own a dog who is extremely lovable but does not like other animals therefore we cannot allow pets. We are asking $300 for rent which will include all utilities plus cable, internet, etc. The bedroom we are renting out has a walk in closet and cable/internet hookup. It is not furnished although we can provide an air matress in needed.

Washer and dryer in the unit. 2 bedroom woth one bathroom. I do have a dog but he is super friendly and goes to daycare during the day. Rental is one story with patio. Rent is 800 a month which includes water, trash, sewage and lawn care. Electric usually runs at about 80 with 1 person. I have the cheapest interest package but willing to go up if another person is added.
I am super friendly and I enjoy to paint, going on hikes and being a dog mom.
Apartment is in trails edge apartments.
