About the house
The house is only 3 years old at the end of a cul de sac of a quiet development. The kitchen, dining room living room is all shared living space. I have a full size basement and a large yard. The bedroom for rent has two large closets. So there is plenty of space. Rent includes utilities, except for the heating bill which can be split. I have a washer and dryer on premises.

Shy and yet weird lol. I love my solitude. I spend most of my time watching movies, making new food recipes and working out. I'm currently looking for somewhere I would feel at home even while renting a room and hopefully so much so that my teenage son would feel comfortable enough to spend the night perhaps a couch I can crash on while he sleeps in my space? I work full time at a local dealership, M-F 8 to 5.
