daninichole   Rent includes section, I didn't know what to put because I'm not sure once we find someone we can work all that out... the house is 2 story with a basement, we have a dog, so if youdont like animals, then you don't want to live with us, but she is well trained.. we have all furniture, except for an extra bed.

Haveing two rrommates to make it cheaper would be better, but I will take what I can get. I don't smoke, but it doesn't bother me.
