House close to U of A and central Tucson. Owner lives in the house. Desert landscaped. On the busline. Newly painted and tiled/ rennovated. Front porch and screened in back porch. 3 bedrooms but only 2 will be lived in. 3rd is made into a den. House and room are furnished. Room has a full bed, desk, bookcase and large closet. This furniture can be moved to make room for your own. This house is also stylishly furnished and decorated. It is a very nice house!

Hi folks -
I moved to Tucson from Seattle in January. I'm easy-going, quick-witted - but not annoyingly so. I believe smiling and communication are vital for roommates to get along. Ya know, respect and consider each other, and it falls into place nicely. I'm not a neat-freak, but don't have a problem holding up my responsibilities of keeping a place clean. I cook well too, and don't mind doing so for a couple people, a few times a week. Music is 100% important to me.
