edog1397   The house: Arts and Crafts style house built in 1927 (Lake bottom area) - about 1400 sq feet and completely refurbished. New hardwoods, new exterior paint, interior paint, walls, ceilings, fixtures, custom cabinets and industrial grade stainless appliances. It has new HVAC, a carport, outside storage building, and a deep narrow lot that is surrounded by a 6 foot privacy fence as well as mature trees "fencing" the perimeter.
acoustaman   Very large house! Great location! Close to CSU, Downtown, Lakebottom Park, and the Mall. Tons of space and area to relax alone or visit with other roommates. Cheap rent can't be beat either!
