A one story 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms house located in Rosamond, 10-15minutes drive to Edwards Afb and 10-15minutes drive to Lancaster. The room for rent is unfurnished private with shared bathrooms. All utilities paid including TV Cable and WIFI, $500/month for single and $600/month for couple. Deposit is equal to one month rent. There is $35 aplication fee for each person. Outside smoker and no pets allowed. Move in ready.
