I own a great little house in the Bradley community of Columbia. The house is about 1,000 square feet with two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an office, large living area, bright kitchen, and a great picture window in the living room. The house had hardwood floors, washer and dryer, gas heat, and central air. The house is on a hill, so it is up off of the road away from traffic. This is a cute brick duplex in Shandon near USC and Five Points. I am moving out because I am getting married and I am looking for a graduate student or young professional to move in with my roommate and sublease from me. She is a wonderful roommate and a graduate student at USC. She is fun and respectful of you and your property. Some of the apartment will be furnished but the bedroom will not. The current lease will expire in December but, to the best of my knowledge, can be renewed then.
