Fairly new apartment complex off of Rosewood and Deerwood. Two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and huge walk in closets. Huge living room, kitchen, and dining room. Good area, close to down town Five Points and University of South Carolina.

I'm a 24 yr. old second semester grad student at USC. I'm pretty laid back and easy to get along with. I'm looking for a house/apartment within easy driving distance to campus. I've never been late with rent and I'm pretty good about doing my share of any household chores, assuming they are divided equally. I like to go out on the weekends. I'd want to get a high-speed internet service at the place I live, but I can live with or without cable tv and home phone.
