brie2224   there are two rooms for rent out of this five bedroom house. shared areas (living area, bathroom, kitchen) will be furnished with hard wood floors. i have cable and high speed internet available in each room.

ReRe86   Its a 6bd room house with 2bath rooms. The rooms are avg. size. There is a huge kitchen, and a big back-yard. Its located right next to UNC (University of N. Colorado). Its in great condation and is beautiful.
Charmedseed   Large living and formal dining rooms with beautiful original woodwork About 10 blocks from UNC. Rent, plus half gas, electric, and cable/internet. I'm an elementary education student at UNC, VERY clean and tidy person. I sew a lot, and the one cat living here is a male shorthair, declawed and neutered. Optional to have bedroom/bath downstairs, a whole floor to yourself, or share the upstairs bathroom.

JeanPaulDelt   Great place. 3 bedroom. The current rent loisted is if only 2 people live there, the 3rd room would be used as my office. It has an enclosed front porch, huge living room, full diing room, kitchen, and deck and backyard. It's beautiful on the inside, and has alot of character (in a good way) brand new carpets, and brand new bathroom.
glea9535   Hey everyone! My roommate got an awesome internship so he had leave early and is looking to sublet for the semester- 'til june. Click on this link for the floorplan of my apartment- we have a deal so rent is only $400 (plus utilities) Anyway, I'm a journalism student at UNC I like to have fun and party, but I keep the house very clean. I have a small dog named cooper who is completely trained and docile. I'm easy to get along with and atheletic so I'm not bumming around the house all the time.
