karon6   Students of LSU, 1.4 miles from campus, upscale and quiet neighborhood. Owned by student. Geat house with loft that is also available, 500 sf with private decks and 1/2 bath. The loft has a pool table. Roommate would use the main bath for showers/tub. It woud be $400 with $350 deposit.

Magick   The apartment is furnished except for one empty room. We have a lake with a gazebo and a private walkway to the apartment. I have two cats and am very easy to live with, clean and respectful. You would pay half of the rent (total $585), half of cable internet and half of the electricity... about $400 roughly per month.
lvance2   Well, I would like to find a place near LSU with someone who I an at least get along with. I'm pretty quiet, I don't go to/have loud parties full of drunk people. I don't care if my roommate has parties like that, as long as people stay out of my room, lol. I'm not very messy, my room can get a little out of hand, but my shared living place will be clean. Messiness doesn't really bother me. I'm pretty mellow but I'm fun to be around.

BradK   It is a right on the edge of the Ceba commuter lot at Louisiana State University. The complex itself is a bit older, built in the 70's, but it is kept up so extraordinarily well. I lived there during my first year at LSU and had a great experience. If I ever had a maintenance issue, the repair guy showed up almost before I could hang up the phone. The living room is extremely spacious, and it's an all around good place to live. 8 minute walk to the quad if you have long legs like me!
