There's a large basement with a room we've turned into an office, a den, a sitting room and laundry room and fulls-size bath. Plus a garage for storage and an additional storage room. There a deck and nice yard out back. It's a great space for very little rent. It's 7 minutes from the mall and less than 15 to downtown or Wake Forest University.
