Very nice 3 bedroom apartment furnished and well put together. room open because one roommate went off to the military. rent is only $253 per person split from $759. Utilities run about $70 to $80 per person which includes internet, cable, water, and electric. Very nice complex.

Fully furnished 2nd floor apartment. Vacant room has no furniture supplied, but has basically it's own bathroom. I have a friendly fixed cat, and a over night guest who's an amazing cook. I'm laid back, but fun loving too. Been told I'm a good cook. Clean, most of the time. Tend to keep to myself, usually until I get to know the person. Like to play games, and watch movies. I would like to room with someone that's laid back, but can be random at times. Picks up after themselfs. Wouldn't mind me making a cake at 2 in the morning (I'll be quite, sometimes have troble sleeping and that's what I do). Repectful of others and their space. Doesn't party all the time.

Room available -3 bd/2ba apt in Cherry Grove *North Jackson* We have the apt furnished such as furniture, appliances, etc. The only thing needed is furniture for bedroom. We are very chill & get along w/everyone. We both work full-time & are also full time college students. I'm 22, Simmone is 20. You'll have no worries w/us maintaining responsibility of our share of the bills, cleanliness of the apt, etc. Our biggest worry is finding someone who's able to maintain their share of the bills
