Great townhouse on a lake. Hardwood floors downstairs, two master bedrooms and laundry room upstairs. The room for rent has TWO walk in closets and a bathroom. On top of rent, we split the electric, water, and gas. My electric bill this month was $60, water was $35, and I didnt use any gas. Call Dave to view 602-760-6163

I Am MARRIED with one daughter and I will be attending the Arizona Instiute of Healing Arts for Animals in Payson. I will only need a place from Feb 8 th till Mar 13th 09. I will be alone as my husband and daughter will be staying home but will be coming to viset. I would LOVE to bring my very small female dog if at all possable. She is house trained and crate trained, and very friendly.
I am a quiet easy going person who will mostly be studing when not in class.

I'm 56 and I have a little 5 lb. Chihuahua completely trained "very clean and well behaved little sweetheart" I love her to death. She's all I've got left. I'm very clean and quiet and never have company. I live on SSI and can pay my rent every month on time. I am clean and can help keep the place clean and I'm a pretty good cook. I would be in my room at all times except when cooking, cleaning, doing laundry or leaving to take my little dog to the park or to run my errands.
