First time home owner! Home was built in 2004 (1100 sq. ft.) in The Greens subdivision just 30 minutes from Nashville. The bedroom (10x11) has a huge closet with a full bathroom directly across the hall. The large back yard has a privacy fence and is located in quiet neighborhood with lots of younger families. Closest stores/restaurants are only 2 minutes away and I-40 is only 10 minutes away.

It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1093 sq ft. All common living space and spare bathroom is fully furnished. I do have a spare bedroom suit, but no matress for it. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. Livingroom and eat in kitchen are downstairs.

I have a small dog with me who weighs just shy of 10 pounds. He is very sweet and even tempered, up to date on shots and house broken.

Nice, laidback college student looking for room. I am looking for a temporary place to live before I go to graduate school (hopefully) in August. I have a cat, he is very sweet. I don't always clean my room but I am always good at cleaning up after myself in the common areas. I would like to be able to have guests from time to time. I don't mind kids.
I would like a roomie who doesn't stress too much, doesn't smoke and doesn't mind the cat.
