kp55   The house is 4 years old. Quiet neighborhood. Full access to the house's amenties. Kitchen, living room, etc. The house is shared with two other roommates. House is located near 270, 15, 340 and 70. Pets accepted, but an additional deposit of $200 is required and the pet must be kept in your room for the courtesy of other roommates. Electricity, trash pickup, AC and water. There is a community pool about 100 feet away.
mpjunior36   Our future roommate will have two closets in a very spacious room, their own bathroom, and would only have to pay 465 a month in rent, and split the utilities which includes cable, electric, and water, so the total will be around $530-$550 per month. The apartment complex is great...pool, gym, racquetball, etc. Also, it's about a mile from West Patrick St, which has every store you could possibly imagine.
