This will be my first time living out of my home state of Georgia. I'm looking for housing for me and my dog (a mutt puppy who will be no larger than 35 pounds and who is being trained as an agility and therapy dog).

I live right on Main Street so you can walk to all. The night life in Nyack is great. The bedrooms in the apartment are small but the LR, Kitchen and Bathroom are large. The bedroom I am renting is not furnished but the rest of the apartment is. Another really cool thing about it is that we have roof access and the views are spectacular.
