this property is located in a nice neighborhood. the house is 3000 square feet and is split into two sides each side is 1500 square feet. there is one unit left and it has a seperate entrance, kitchen, bath, and 3 bedrooms. must see!! (perfect if you have 2 or 3 people to move in). it cost 550 per room.
