My last roommate was terrible about leaving plates out, cups all over the house, and the living room was always a mess. Needless to say I lived with a pig. UGh, so glad that is all over. suhryee   Fenced backyard with a porch. Room is 10x10 with a closet. There is a full bath split between two rooms. House is in the Sierra Country Club which includes all amenities from a pool, private beach access, country club access, etc. Room is unfurnished but common spaces are furnished. Kitchen utensils and accessories are for shared use but you’re more than welcome to add to the collection! In home washer and dryer available. Property does have dogs. Utilities included.
