It is a well kept 2 story; 2 bedroom townhouse. Everything in the townhouse is furnished excpet the room that is for rent. The rent is individually heated with floorboard heat (so each room is seperately controlled). $300 plus deposit includes Rent plus all utilities, Cable, and wireless internet access.
