minesstudent   Clean, easy going, usually quiet, heavy sleeper, like to cook but hate dishes, spend 12 hours per week in the gym, watch little/no TV, and do not have any pets or kids. I would really like to find a place to live that would be conducive to biking to Dyess AFB (where I will be working) on a regular basis. Overall, I think I am very easy to live with. I do not have a gender preference, but I have had better experience with female roommates. Also open to all ages; prefer ages between 21 to 45.

Ideal candidate is honest,quite, clean, has no furniture , has and keeps steady income to pay your rent . Must pass background check and have references. I would really prefer just military. (I live like 3 minutes from the base) $500.00 would pay your rent and your half of everything
