Entrance on 1st floor, with second floor being your large bedroom, with walk in closet, hall closet, your large private bathroom, and also your huge living room with fireplace. The dining room, kitchen and laundry room are all on this level also, we would share these. I live on the top level, where i have my own living room, bedroom, bathroom, closets, etc! Beautiful apartment! I just need someone to share it with!
