joybelle26   My condo is in a very nice part of town. It is a quiet, beautiful neighbor that has a guard shack at the front so only residents can enter. The room is a regular sized bedroom and you have your own bathroom. Full kitchen, tiled kitchen and bathrooms. Feel free to make the room your own. It has hunter green walls but if you want another color I am a painter so it is negotiable to paint it another color.
joybelle2619   My condo is located in a guarded neighborhood in a very nice part of Winter Haven. The neighborhood is very quiet and everyone gets along. There is a huge field in front of the condo for dog walking and it is a great neighborhood for walking or jogging!
