Lushly landscaped backyard with sound & a natural gas BBQ.

The place is 233.00 a month with 3 people or 350.00 with 2. Utilities are water, gas, and electric + TV. My roommate now wants to move out due to a complication with the Bank of Fayetteville (who currently owns the property). They're trying to sell it so there will be a realtor there showing the place on occasion - but he's good with giving notice.
