Beatiful Townhouse with views of old growth forest out every window. Close to the highway, with easy access to both downtown Seattle and the Eastside. Well furnished comon area with new appliances in the kitchen. High speed wireless network in the house. 2 car garage with huge sorage area. This is the flagship unit in the complex. It's the largest and most attractive. This is an end unit with quiet neighbors I never hear. It really is worth checking out at this price.

We'll also split the third bdrm for an office with 2 lg desks for desktop computers, etc. $600/mo plus half utils. Hot tub & deck outside. Big scrn TV in LR w/ Comcast Cable/HBO/SHO + high speed wireless internet through the house. Prefer a gay/gay friendly renter. Near Green River CColl. I'm allergic to cig smoke, non-smkr please.
