I am a labor who is 37 years old with one cat. He is fixed. I am looking for a room to rent with bathroom and kitchen access in the Clinton area with in walking distance of rout 30. I am also willing to team up with someone in getting a small house or trailor. I know a good trailor park that is nice with trailors for rent between 700 and 900 a month everything except electric included.
