I am just looking for someone to split the bills as its very hard to pay for school and a place to live on my own. I am really easy to get along with. The other person would have to pay half the rent of $250 per month plus half of electric, internet, phone and cable. Preferrably no pets. No smoking in the apartment. Apartment is fully furnished. Roommate needs their own bedroom furniture. Right next to pool. Heat and water included.
homiejea277   Well, I'm semi-eccentric. My room gets messy from time to time(not terrible, though), but I don't leave stuff in other people's spaces or in main areas. I would like to be able to purchase a hookah to smoke flavored tobacco on occassion(no bad smokey smell). My two favorite things are music and literature. I do like to party when the mood strikes, which varies a lot. I'm mostly quiet and shy, but I will warm up after some time. Looking for a decent place to live with harmonious people.
