JODI24   This is a very cute house in the Elmhurst neighborhood near the colleges which is pretty quiet. There are two bedrooms upstairs - one could be converted into a living room or office. There is also a bathroom upstairs which has a bathtub, but no shower. The downstairs bathroom has a shower which would have to be shared.
