I'm graduating in May and my lease is up on the 25th of that month. I'm easy going and friendly. I just want someone who's cool when I come and go, is responsible, pays bills on time, doesn't mind my boyfriend being over once in a while, and is funny! My wife and I are seeking a roommate for our Greenwood Home. We built our house a little over a year ago, 2600sf with three large bedrooms w/ walk in closets, big bonus room, and a private full guest bath. Front Load washer/dryer on the second floor. Furnished kitchen w/ Stainless Appliances. The Community has a dog park, amphitheater, several miles of walking/running trails in a 43 acre park, pool, basketball courts, and a club house which can be rented.
