BRAND new...it is two bedrooms, two full baths--your bathroom is connected to your bedroom. There is a LR/DR, kitchen w/all appliances (garbage disposal, dishwasher, fridge, oven, stove, microwave) and an office which houses two desks & desk chairs, a loveseat & my treadmill--this room also doubles as Noah's (my pup) room during the day. There is fully fefenced back yard, as well as a carport with a utility room. There is also an attic for additional storage space. W/D, fully furnished, etc.
