GREAT LOCATION - Easy access to UMSL, Wash. U, SLU, Clayton, Airport and West County. Large, airy room with lots of closet space and rpivate bath. Located at junction of 170 and Delmar, building is a quiet 4 family in a good neighborhood. I hate to say it's only a room for rent as I feel one can't just live in a room. My wife will stay at our home by Lake of the Ozarks (but, if we are travelling over the weekend, she will stay with me in town the weeks before & afterwards), and I will travel home Friday afternoons, and return to work Monday mornings.
