I have a bedroom in a house I would be willing to rent out. You would have essentially the downstairs of my 2 story house. Which the downstairs is 1 to 2 bedrooms, a living room and a bath. The second bedroom can be used as a private den, storage or a walk in closet (if you are anything like me, you'll need the space) Your downstairs bath is open to a hallway but I'll use the upstairs one for myself. I also have a two car garage that you can have half of too.

downtown bouler. Room is furnished, has two closets, large
windows, close to bathroom. Roomate will have a seperate
kithen with appliances. Roomate will also have a seperate
driveway and door. Room is capable of having its own
digital sattelite and tv. Animals are allowed. Great for
students in college and people who just want peace and
quiet!

I`m living with 4 girls in the dorms this year - and it`s amazing! I`m looking for something like that again next year, maybe a house with 4 girls. I volunteer at the Humane Society and desperately want to foster next year. The animals will be dogs/cats - either "special needs" (recovering from surgery) or babies (under 8 weeks old!). I`m not sure how it`ll work yet, but I'm definitely interested . My lifestyle is a bit of everything. I like to go out and party, but I also like nights in.
