One room in a new large house just across from the elementary school, kitchen privelges, private driveway own full bathroom with tub and shower, satellite tv centrally located grocery store one block away $450.00 a month references no parties or loud music front porch and back patio I do all lawn care need help with light housekeeping not much! Nice neighborhood I’m a very private person wiFi access no streaming or excessive data use unless you want your own plan.. I’m down to earth. References

I would prefer a female roommate. If I am sharing space friendship is fine but absolutely not looking for a romantic relationship. My children are at the lake and I do not have funds to make a big move. Need a place where rent is reasonable so I can save for my own place in the area. Quiet and like clean living space.
